01 The breakdown العطل
A tow gets a car off the road. It doesn't tell you what's wrong, what the repair should cost, or who to trust. In the UAE car market, that gap is where people overpay.
02 The scan الفحص
A planned 360° rig will cover the whole car, inside, outside and underneath, in about a minute and a half. Computer vision will then flag dents, hail marks, modifications and leaks.
03 The industrial area المنطقة الصناعية
Parts and prices live in yards, notebooks and phone calls. Much of that stock has never been catalogued, so people drive over, ask around and haggle.
04 The index الفهرس
VIN, OEM number, yard, shelf, price. The plan is one searchable layer across a scattered trade, so a part can be found without the trip.
05 The comparison المقارنة
New, used and aftermarket parts will sit side by side, delivery included. Vetted workshops will bid for the job, and AI will check that the quote is fair.

Towing, parts delivery, insurance and registration will be arranged for you. You'll follow the job as it moves, and payment is designed to be held until the work is validated.

The intelligence
AI is what makes a fragmented market readable. Every VIN, scan, quote and message will pass through a model before it reaches a person as a clear choice. These are the six workloads AllAuto plans to run.
People stay in charge. Models will set out the options, workshops and providers will do the physical work, and every decision stays with the person.

Born in the UAE and friends since school: three people who know the trade, the corporate side and the technology.
